We had a hot breakfast with fruit, could find something for everyone. The location was particularly good for Phoenix, just next door to airport and nearby venues, the stadium and Chase Field & all downtown venues.

We chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to the theatre at which we had tickets that evening. Not only did the staff hook us up with great dining options (Durants), they shuttled us over to the event. Morning complimentary breakfast was also very good.
Although clean and very comfortable, the rooms are dated and could use some rejuvenation. One look at the couch and you can instantly tell how old the hotel is.

I was impressed by the really good breakfast that kept me fueled for exploring nearby attractions like Chase Field just over a kilometer away and the beautiful Saint Mary's Basilica just a short walk of less than 5 minutes, made my city strolls enjoyable and nice.

The hotel is very close to the Phoenix convention centre, this is the main attraction that made me to stay in this hotel.
The towels are very old and need to be replaced.

It was fairly clean, everyone was helpful. The room was tastefully decorated and bright with a shower and hair dryers in the private bathroom. The location was fantastic - just next door to chase field and many downtown convention centers, IN PHOENIX, and the symphony hall.
